IDGS, Minggu 17 Februari 2019 - Setelah patch 7.20 yang mengubah dasar gameplay dan meta dari kompetisi kompetitif Dota 2, disusul kemudian patch penyeimbangan 7.21, kini Valve kembali merilis patch kecil untuk menyempurnakan patch 7.21 terutama menyangkut Io. Hero Strength yang menjadi salah satu meta pada patch pre-7.20 tiba-tiba saja dicabut dari Captain Mode untuk diseimbangkan kembali. - Overcharge damage reduction reduced from 15/20/25/30% to 5/10/15/20%
- Relocate manacost increased from 100 to 175
- Level 15 Talent changed from Tether Grants Scepter Bonus to +8 Health Regen
- Level 20 Talent changed from +16 Health Regen to Tether Grants Scepter Bonus
- Omnislash attack rate multiplier reduced from 1.8 to 1.7
- Will-O-Wisp being cast a second time will follow the same tick interval as the first
- Agility gain increased from 1.7 to 2.3
